REQUEST FOR INFORMATION BY LAW FIRM

The law firm, Spiro Moss Barness Harrison and Barge LLP of Los Angeles, wishes to communicate with current and former Home Depot Loss Prevention Supervisors, in order to obtain information concerning a class action against Home Depot. (The case is pleaded as a class action, but the court has not yet decided whether to certify it as a class action.)

In the lawsuit, we represent a Home Depot employee and potentially all current and former Home Depot employees who worked as Loss Prevention Supervisors in California Home Depot stores any time since July, 30, 1997. The lawsuit seeks to require Home Depot to pay these employees for all the overtime hours they worked since July 30, 1997, and to pay for the hours at overtime rates (generally, time and a half).

If you can provide us with information regarding the position of Loss Prevention Supervisor at Home Depot, please contact us. You may do so by contacting Ari Moss of our law firm (e-mail arimoss@hotmail.com, or attorneys Dennis Moss (e-mail dmoss@smbhblaw.com), or Ira Spiro (e-mail ispiro@smbhblaw.com). Or you may call any of them at 310-235-2468.

If you are CURRENTLY employed by Home Depot in a MANAGEMENT position, please do NOT contact us.

HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY HOME DEPOT AS A "LOSS PREVENTION SUPERVISOR" OR IN ANY NON-MANAGEMENT POSITION, OR IF YOU ARE NO LONGER EMPLOYED BY HOME DEPOT AT ALL, PLEASE DO CONTACT US.

Thank you
